Leslie and company – a group of talented and eclectic friends – alone or together can enhance your private party, wedding, family celebration from chamber music, pipe organ classical concerts. Ms. Kille’s rich historical work as a vocation – consultant /social worker and through her avocation – as a professional musician/writer has touched many lives. Ms. Kille is also available as a speaker ranging from Moving from Surviving to Thriving, workshops on conflict resolution and increasing communication skills …..or as Audre Lord used to say in her poetic style …..”When I dare to use my power in the service of my vision; it becomes less and less important whether or not I am afraid…” May none of us be afraid to reach out with our talents, voices, poetry, song, dance, athletic abilities and touch other lives in our communities. Leslie’s music reflects this commitment and passion to creating change in our personal, professional lives and in our communities.
She has shared the stage and ran sound for Lisa Koch, Tret Fure and Chris Williamson from the Lighted Tree adventures and The Friday Morning Musicale Theatre. Ms. Kille has musically directed theatre productions from 42nd Street, Jacque Brel, Suessical the Musical, and the likes of Once Upon a Mattress.
Leslie founded the Looking Glass – serving at-risk populations through original works and the blended talents of countless friends and the sage wisdom of many mentors. The Looking Glass directed by Leslie Kille has also released two major projects – look for another concert in 2010.
